Which bank is our least favourite?

A new survey reveals Commonwealth Bank and NAB are rated Australia’s least favourite banks.

The survey comes from the site www.mozo.com.au, a financial services website that incorporates user generated content, reviews and ratings to rank financial products and providers.

The site’s initial survey, with Roy Morgan Research, shows regional banks dominate the “most trusted brands” category, while Bendigo Bank was voted Australia’s favourite.

The site also allows users to compare credit card payments, loans, and write reviews on financial institutions that all other users can view.
