Gemteq Executive was founded in 2001 when Luke Mullins, 33, and Andrew Grover, 36, saw a niche to provide the sales recruitment industry with better quality and service.
“The business focused initially on the providing sales professionals to the IT and telco areas, but has since expanded into providing specialist recruitment services for IT, business support, marketing, call centre, legal, finance and retail professionals.
Its strategy is to utlise volume-driven candidate sourcing strategies, offering one of the industry's largest candidate pools across each of its specialist sectors which ensure consistency and quality of candidate delivery.
"The company plans to take staff numbers from 53 to 65 in the next year with expected revenue growth in 2007-08 of 90%.
