Craig Reardon – The E Team
Craig Reardon is the founder of The E Team, the first known independent internet solutions provider for small to medium enterprises. Independence is The E Team's unique selling position. I first came across Craig’s business at the time when I was looking at establishing my own home-based business. After our first meeting, I was very impressed with his business plans and what interested me more than anything was his very unique approach in providing e-business solutions to SMEs. He was smart enough to understand that with all the various e-business products on the market place, business owners needed independent help in choosing the right product to meet their needs now and in the future. Craig’s business model uses the services of a variety of e-business solution providers, with The E Team personnel providing a recommended solution and the necessary project co-ordination, training and support to a client – all oriented around the needs of the business and importantly in plain English. Craig inspired me so much that I decided to join his business at the start of January this year as a territory consultant. The support and encouragement received from Craig has been second to none. He does not give up on things he feels passionate about, whether it’s his people or something else within the business. He believes in his own capabilities and those of others (even if they doubt themselves!) and will always try new initiatives to promote the work of The E Team. Craig’s ingenuity and brilliance will see The E Team become a bigger and better brand.
