Louise Broekman – HR Coach
Louise Broekman, founder and director of HR Coach, has created a network of HR coaching businesses that is helping organisations get smarter and proactive about their people management, and thus be in a position to focus on what needs to be done to grow. A true entrepreneur, Louise has developed a HR Software program for small business and holds an innovation patent for a key coaching process. Louise has worked tirelessly to help foster real growth and sustainable activity within the SME market and has established a peer network of independent HR coaching businesses that is creating and developing a new way to do business. The confusion and mismanagement that has resulted from the skills shortage, labour law changes and rising expectations of employees across the board is taking its toll on business and business owners and operators need help. HR Coach is helping business turn HR from an art into a science by facilitating measurement and management of labour. The past year has been a labour of love for Louise and she has repeatedly given so much of herself to her clients and members of the network. It is only fitting that she be recognised for what can only be described as a pioneering and courageous business. The national expansion has seen the network grow rapidly to now include 20 HR coaching businesses with more set to join in the new year.
