Sydney-based company Creative Promotions was founded in 1992 and is run by Rowan, Barbara and Mark Isaacs.
The company has four business divisions; promotional materials, which basically involves sticking clients’ logos on everything from stubbie holders to frisbees; printed materials, which allows clients to outsource their printing of materials such as brochures; merchandise programs for companies that sell branded product; and warehousing and fulfillment for companies who find themselves short of space.
The company, which has 40 employees, is enjoying a strong period of growth. In the past two years, average annual profit growth has increased 36.43% and sales hit $13 million in 2007-08, up from $10 million in 2006-07.
While the Isaccs admit theirs is an extremely competitive business, they say their website – which was relaunched just this year – is an important differentiator.
