Cara Waters is the editor of SmartCompany. Previously, Cara was a senior reporter at the Financial Times website FT Adviser in London and she also worked for The Sunday Times in London. Cara is admitted to practice as a solicitor in Australia and the United Kingdom and worked as a solicitor in the litigation groups at King & Wood Mallesons in Australia and Linklaters LLP in the UK. Eloise Keating is the deputy editor of SmartCompany. Previously, Eloise was news editor at Books+Publishing, the trade press for the Australian book industry. Andrew Sadauskas is the production manager at SmartCompany. He is also the editor of TechCompany, the weekly newsletter for entrepreneurs and business owners who are dedicated to improving technology and social media in their own businesses. Andrew graduated from La Trobe University in 2009 with a Graduate Diploma in Journalism. Prior to his journalism diploma, he completed a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours in Politics.
