Cara Waters

Cara Waters is the editor of SmartCompany. Previously, Cara was a senior reporter at the Financial Times website FT Adviser in London and she also worked for The Sunday Times in London. Cara is admitted to practice as a solicitor in Australia and the United Kingdom and worked as a solicitor in the litigation groups at King & Wood Mallesons in Australia and Linklaters LLP in the UK. Patrick Stafford

Patrick Stafford is the deputy editor of SmartCompany. He is also the editor of TechCompany, the weekly newsletter for entrepreneurs and business owners who are dedicated to improving technology and social media in their own businesses.

Yolanda Redrup

Engel Schmidl

Engel Schmidl is the sub-editor of SmartCompany and he also writes the occasional feature. Most recently, Engel was the editor of print magazine Soccer International and before that he was at Leader Newspapers as a reporter and entertainment section editor. Andrew Sadauskas

Andrew Sadauskas is the production manager at SmartCompany. He graduated from La Trobe University in 2009 with a Graduate Diploma in Journalism. Prior to his journalism diploma, he completed a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours in Politics.

Before joining SmartCompany, Andrew was a sub-editor at Australian Stamps Professional magazine. He contributed a number of articles while also working on the graphic design and layout of the publication. Andrew is on Twitter at @AndrewSadauskas.
