Brand is not a verb. Branding is for cattle, and our organisations are not cows, nor are the people who work for them – it’s time to think about brand in a new way.
What you can be doing to make sure your employees are in the minority who are happy where they are and wouldn’t leave no matter what?
There are times when we all need a little (or a lot) of help – who is the one person you can call?
Our organisations are complex, messy environments, not machines. We need to start making our decisions accordingly.
