Timothy Sharp has three degrees in psychology (including a PhD) and an impressive record as an academic, clinician and coach. He runs one of Sydney’s largest clinical psychology practices and is the founder & CHO (Chief Happiness Officer) of The Happiness Institute, Australia’s first organisation devoted solely to enhancing happiness in individuals, families and organisations. He is currently a clinical lecturer at the University of Sydney and an adjunct professor. His primary area of interest is enhancing happiness at work and within organisations and he has, in 2008, established Australia’s first National Happiness at Work Index.
