I fear that education for SMEs about this new Act may be treated by Ms Gillard in the same underhanded way she introduced the Fair Work Act. Not even a website to find out about it until the day it came into effect.
Funny how these governments rely on SMEs to provide the unemployed with work in these GFC times, but just as amusing is the continual stream of legislation, both Federal and State, that is put to these small business operators without explanation.
Our entrepreneurial spirit, despite these additional burdens, is certainly heroic!
