While the advertising industry struggles, many digital businesses continue to thrive. For Zoe Warne, who co-founded the Melbourne-based digital agency August with her partner Daniel Banik, the last year has seen the company move to new premises as staff numbers doubled to 14, servicing new clients including Origin Energy and Snowgum.

Warne, who also co-hosts a program on 774 ABC radio, was among one of just a handful of women aged 30 or less in the 2009 Who's Who of Australian Women, and has been helping other young women follow in her footsteps by speaking at RMIT and various girls' schools.
