Tristan White founded The Physio Co. when he was 24 after wanting to offer a service combining traditional rehabilitation programs with a type of customer service usually encountered in a retail environment. It has since exploded in popularity, generating $1.2 million in revenue and recording 52% growth last year.

He worked tirelessly during the company's opening days, working at 10 locations per week. He suffered a setback when a major client decided not to pursue a renewal, with White realising he was stretched too thin.

Now the company, which provides services to the elderly, has over 25 employees and services 3,000 clients, but he makes sure the company's operations manager keeps track of what's going on.

White has chosen his industry wisely. Aged care escaped the downturn remarkably well, and as the Australian population ages the company has scope to move interstate and open new locations. White hopes to have completed 2 million consultations by the end of 2018.
