How to manage your Twitter and Facebook at the same time

US software company Seesmic has launched an application that lets users manage their Facebook and Twitter accounts simultaneously.

Although there are already Twitter applications on the market that let users update their Facebook status, ‘Seesmic Desktop version 0.6' is the first product to let users manage all aspects of their Facebook account. The desktop lets users update fan pages and personal profiles as well as tracking friends' pages.

The product is targeted at businesses as well as social users, Seesmic says. "With the Facebook Page feature, you have greater control over how you market your business, oversee your brand, listen to your fans and build your community," a release says.

So far, 2.5 million people have downloaded the desktop, Seesmic founder Loic Le Meur told CNet.

i use http://www.isstarting.com to update my twitter AND facebook status with one click. I also see if i got new mail on facebook or twitter.
