Akron, which is responsible for an ACT Government contract for the construction of two new suburbs, has been placed into voluntary administration.

Coastal property owners win right to protect homes from rising sea levels

The NSW Government has intervened in a dispute between coastal residents and the Byron Bay Council, allowing property owners to keep their houses if the coastal line comes within 20 meters of the property.
