Leonie Spencer started Lifestyle Travel Ballarat in 2002 with the belief that everyone requires different holidays dependent on individual lifestyles. Spencer had worked in the industry for almost 30 years when she founded her own business. “We sell dreams and lifetime memories.”
Spencer says she rarely advertises prices, focusing on the travel outcomes that best suit the client, whether it is romance, adventure or family. She is expanding into intimate luxury holidays and special interest groups and is also planning a complete range of travel maps, books and accessories as part of a mega retail shop.
