Take an industry plagued by unfairness and poor profit, carve out several niches and do it a lot better. That is what Kristian Livolsi set out to do in 2001 when he created the Livkorp Group, a hospitality group that focuses on food and beverage through to web development and design.

The next move is building web communities and developing webmenu.com.au, an online site that includes information on Australian restaurants and comments posted by restaurant visitors.

“Often I leap before I can crawl, and this puts financial pressure on the organisation and the team,” Livolsi says. The industry is also changing fast with profitability down, and gaming revenue is changing the nature of the industry.

Ultimately Livolsi wants to develop a personal brand into a motivational and personal coaching program for young entrepreneurs.
