From small beginnings, Platinum Electrical has grown in just four years to employ 30 people and is setting up to expand through franchising.
Josh Nicholls started his electrical services business when he was just 22, from his bedroom in the family home.
In 10 years, the business has grown to turn over more than $3 million a year and employ 30.

Watch Josh explain how he has built the business and gain control of his personal life with the support of a business coach.
Platinum Electrical is now looking to grow through franchising.
