Job vacancies in Australia increased 0.3% in the three months to February, according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS).
The number of Australian job vacancies in February was 182,200, compared to 180,900 for the quarter ending in November, seasonally-adjusted.
There were 165,300 vacancies in the private sector – a rise of 1.0% from the 163,700 in November.
Vacancies in the public sector fell 2.3% to 16,900.
