You’ll get more done if you make a list of things to ‘stop doing’

When innovation expert Matthew E. May was invited to sit in on an executive planning meeting recently, he wasn’t happy with what he saw.

Instead of a clear directional plan, the group was brainstorming possibilities, and new projects they might undertake. And the meeting was dragging on.
