Lend Lease’s Charlton to step down

Lend Lease’s (ASX: LLC) chief operating officer, Scott Charlton, is leaving the company to head up toll road operator Transurban (ASX: TCL).

Charlton will step down from his current position in July.

Lend Lease CEO Steve McCann acknowledged Charlton’s contribution and said he would perform well in his new role at Transurban.

“Transurban is a respected company and a valued client of Lend Lease and Scott’s skill set and experience make him an excellent choice for the role. I believe Scott’s appointment reflects well on the depth of our management team,” McCann said.
