John Kelly, founder and sole employee of biotech firm Atomo Diagnostics, partnered with a company in order to commercialise his innovative blood testing product.

However, a change in ownership quickly changed the scenario, leaving Kelly with a business partner that wasn’t overly interested in his invention. Today, he explains what he learnt from the experience.
