The Federal budget may have contained a few, very minor, morsels for start-ups, but there was one noticeable absence – vision.

As business advisor Marc Peskett explains today in a comprehensive analysis, Wayne Swan failed to tackle some major long-term issues faced by start-ups, with a lack of vision a “major concern” for small businesses.
