IWD 2020: Feminine business: What we bring to the table

With the #metoo movement, continuing calls for greater inclusivity, and so much attention to the need for women in the workplace, there is still a lack of clarity of what the feminine viewpoint brings to business.

Join this practical workshop to learn more about the benefits women bring, and how those skills change the course of everyday business. Uncover your “superpower” skills that are more natural to women, that your male counterparts don’t inherently have, to feel more confident with your own impact. We will look at the power skills of women and how to embrace those to dramatically improve your business.

Kaylene Langford of StartUp Creative will share insights, resources and tips on how to establish credibility as an entrepreneur, how to scale, how to take your business global, and the unique experience of women on this journey, without having to play by the boys’ club rules.

This session is part of GA Melbourne’s International Women’s Day programming 2-6 March 2020 — a whole week of panel discussion events, masterclasses and practical workshops to support and celebrate women’s careers, education and business ventures.

It is inclusive of all women (trans and cis), as well as non-binary and gender-non-conforming people, and we welcome all genders to join in. Everyone who supports education and the careers of women in business and tech is welcome to attend.
