Meet the SmartCompany Class of ’07. These are 50 of Australia’s fastest-growing and innovative companies – mostly private – that are building national and international businesses. Many of them are changing the landscape forever.
This is the first list to identify them and showcase all 50 of them for the 2006-07 year.
SmartCompany has spent months combing though hundreds of applications, from start-ups to companies with up to $200 million revenue, to reach this final 50, which are ranked on revenue growth over three years.
Our analysis of the companies identified new trends in business. Read the top story for more.
But that wasn’t enough. We wanted to award eight special prizes to companies that excelled. And on Friday night, the companies’ success was recognised at a function in Melbourne at which the winners received thousands of dollars in prizes.
Here are the winners of the SmartCompany Awards for 2007.
