Letting some or all of your staff in on the news could have a positive or negative affect on the business and your staff. You know them better than anyone. Consider these points and make a decision that is best in the long run. A great piece of advice I once received was “if you make it hard now, it will be easy later. Make it easy now and it will be hard later”.
