Companies can easily and cost effectively monitor their own online reputation without needing to pay someone else to do it for them.  We use this customer relationship management SaaS which has a couple of great dashboard widgets that link to Google Search, Google Blogs and Twitter.  All companies need to do is place their company name into the search bar and it automatically syncs all content in any of the mentioned services right there in their CRM dashboard.  It updates in real time so you can see any or all news regarding your business.
