Is it fair to spy on Facebook when recruiting?

Don’t all high-flyers “go”?

Would you like to hire a non-started with “no go”?

If it was Tom Cruise would you turn him down for a role because he has had a girl or two?

Are all your existing staff so starved that they will turn into wolves if they have a “goer” in their midst?

Maybe a big picture outlook will do you some good here.
