Great insight Craig! This is definitely the case for some SME businesses and why it’s always best to start any web project by first identifying what the business objectives are and then advising how the web can help you achieve them.
I don’t reckon SMEs are going to change that much, so maybe there is an opportunity for you to partner with a business consultant or planning specialist to provide that whole product solution.
