That’s a mighty Amen from me.

Interestingly, many (especially smaller) business people refuse to consider the big picture. When I call a strategy into question because it is flawed, I generally only get blank looks or anger in return: “Who are you to know anything? You are just here to do what we tell you.”

I, of course, wonder why we are sitting in a strategy session in the first place if not to look at the driver issues.
