Loving online

Some great advice there and I already do what you are thinking of (but more for small to medium business) through a membership site.

 

This is an easy model to set up and can be used to deliver content, audios, videos, etc and can provide a system of interaction.

Most of our clients come in because we help them optimise their online efforts and help with various marketing concepts.

I would have thought they would like face-to-face, but the feedback has been they love the online material as they can access it any time.

I looked at my logs and many are accessing after dinner when they have some down time and it does not take out of their working day.
