If someone has absolutely done the wrong thing, then getting angry is the right response. We all need to know when we’ve screwed up. Wrong is wrong.

In our world we are taught from childhood that angry is a ‘bad’ emotion. That’s not true. How else do we show our displeasure? Moreover it is an honest emotion, as honest as sadness or joy.
Better to get angry, get it fixed and then get over it. Passive-aggressive becomes the default position when anger is stifled. Don’t be one of those people – we all know someone who thrives on “I’m fine” syndrome.
Be honest about your anger. It’s healthy.
