With most of us sitting down at desks in front of computers for much of our working day, there’s an increasing number of reports emerging about the adverse impact it’s having on our health.
It’s well documented that sedentary lifestyles are contributing to obesity and weight-related health issues.
But here’s an invention that tackles that. You may be sitting down, but this stool’s U-shaped design forces the sitter to work their abdomen and legs to balance the seat.
