How to share PowerPoint documents online

PowerPoint – one of the most powerful tools in any entrepreneur’s arsenal. Some skills with Microsoft’s program can turn simple presentations into masterpieces.
Many business owners know how to work their away around PowerPoint here and there, but did you know you can actually broadcast your slides online?
After you’ve finished making a presentation, click on the Slide Show tab, and then click “Broadband slide show”.
A window will pop up, asking for a Windows Live ID. Follow the prompts and your slideshow will be uploaded online. Then a link will be provided for you to share with colleagues or clients, so they can see the slideshow as well.
Once the link is sent, they will be able to watch you control the slideshow – perfect for situations where you can’t travel to a meeting or need to make some quick decisions over distance.
