iPhone App of the Week: Sleep Cycle Alarm
Thursday, October 27, 2011/
Often, entrepreneurs will find they’re lacking sleep and aren’t able to keep to a regular sleeping schedule. This can leave you fatigued and unable to perform at your best during the day.
This app is designed to wake you at the best time during your sleep cycle, so you wake refreshed.
Users put the app on their bed, and Sleep Cycle monitors movement during sleep using the accelerometer. When it finds a 30 minute window during which you should be woken, it sets off the alarm.
The app also saves your data and then puts it in a graph for every night, so you can monitor your sleep patterns.
If you find you are getting enough sleep but still aren’t rested, you should try this out – it’s only $0.99 on the App Store.
