For those users who are tempted to keep every email they ever receive, organising them can become a problem. If you’re a popular user the number of messages can stretch into the thousands.
Luckily Outlook carries a feature to filter email messages. To do so, just click the “filter email” button on the top right-hand corner of the screen, under the “address book” button.
You can filter messages via attachments, unread emails or anything that’s been flagged.
