Share your calendars and events

Tech Trick - OrganisationRunning a business is hard work, and with so many players involved you can often be unsure about who is doing what and at what times. Start-ups should think about using a product like Google Apps to keep track of what everyone is doing.

By creating a Google account for the entire company, users can log in to the Google Calendar app and then create and edit events. By creating a single calendar, you can make sure all employees are up to date with what’s going on.

One of the better aspects of this plan is that you can sync your Google calendar with many smartphones, including Android phones and the iPhone. This means if you update something on the calendar, every other calendar will be updated and your employees will be given new instructions on the fly.
