My favourite piece of tech is the world’s best to-do app, Wunderlist.
This handy app has completely revolutionised how I organise my team from day-to-day. I use the app to attach job sheets for events, floor plans, brand specs, you name it, to separate tasks. I can even assign which crew member needs to do which task.
Wunderlist is easily accessed and updated on the go. In the app I can add comments to an event my crew are setting up for, they then receive a notification directly to their phone with the update. They can also ask me questions via the app and everyone knows when a task has been completed.
