Having tried the “everyone gets shares, from the top to the bottom” idea, my experience is that it’s only the people higher up the food chain that are the least bit interested.
I repeat: Dumb.
About as dumb as giving $6 billion to an industry that shouldn’t be in Australia, and won’t be in 20 years time.
